These governing documents are those that apply to all of Indigo Run in matters related to the governance of the IRCOA. Included below are applicable state laws, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation Bylaws, Architectural Review Board Guidelines, as well as Rules and Regulations.  Board Resolutions and Policies are being catalogued at this time and are available for review at the COA office.  Additionally, all of the governance and planning is guided by the IRCOA Vision and Mission Statement.
