Our five neighborhoods are featured within this category. Visit each one to determine which area best suits your lifestyle. All of the neighborhoods come together under the Indigo Run Community Owners Association. We provide the amenities, assessment fees and transfer fees for your reference.

Attorney Information
Please submit the Request for Waiver form to Indigo Run COA office at least two weeks prior to closing. Complete, print, and FAX to: (843) 689-7304.

After the closing is complete, we need a copy of the executed closing document (to prove ownership) in order to issue your client a vehicle pass to gain access into Indigo Run. To expedite the process, please fax the closing statement to the COA Office immediately after closing. The original closing statement needs to be mailed to the COA Office along with two separate checks for the Transfer Fee and Admin Fee.

If your clients are not present for closing, please include this document with the closing statement and checks that will be mailed to us.
